I’ve been using Sleepy’s for about a week now, so far so good. I’m waking up less throughout the night. The scent is amazing and I feel so relax when I breath it in. I’m now stuffing all my pillows with this wonderful smell!

The pillow inserts smell great – very subtle and soothing. I track my sleep regularly and when I use the pillow inserts, I fall asleep more quickly and wake up less during the night. I will definitely purchase them again!
Right out of the box the inserts are an absolute joy to smell. They're strong enough to immediately notice, but gentle enough to lull you to sleep and then back to sleep if you wake up during the night like me!
